Open the window,
Don’t shut out the world.
Welcome the day
That the dawn has unfurled.
Enjoy those things that the lord is providing,
Take into view what the curtain was hiding.
Playing their games,
Are the girlies and boysies.
And birds calling out,
With a mixture of noises.
I think I hear thunder,
It’s starting to rain.
It seems that you’ll needs,
Close the windows again.
