OFF-PUTTING.
A pretty thing by far.
They were mutually attracted,
On meeting in a bar.
Both had supped a fair amount,
When he moved to take her home.
For he did not want to see her,
Walking in the dark alone.
Arriving at the girls abode,
She invited him within;
It did not seem to bother her,
And it did not bother him.
Once inside the hallway,
She offered him a kiss;
He held her in a fond embrace
But something seemed amiss.
The smell was over-powering,
'twas then he ceased to hold her.
She said the reason for the stench,
Was arthritis in her shoulder.
He said "Arthritic affliction,
Can't give rise to such a hum".
She said, "It does in my case,
As I cannot wipe my bum".
